Compatibility Issue? - Resolved.. Lights/Support are Awesome
Recently purchased these and got them installed. Initial testing went very well and installed with no issues. Took the car out last night and didn’t make it out of the driveway before they flickered a few times and wouldn’t come back on. Do you guys have an internal solution that could assist me? Looks like this could be caused by a few things, but wanted to consult with you guys before making further decisions. I truly don’t want to return the light as I’m very happy with the beam pattern and output in my projector low beams. I reached out to customer support last night, for further guidance, and awaiting a response. I own a 2019 Jeep grand cherokee.
Update 4/1: Had to purchase additional decoder. This is a known issue with certain car models. Called support and Luis provided great customer service. Will provide one last update once I get these installed.
Update: 4/8: was able to get additional decoder installed over the weekend, and the issue was resolved. Thank you Luis for your support and assistance with this. Overall, very satisfied thus far, much appreciated!

It was a pleasure to guide you over the phone.
For other users, here is a bit more info: Some Jeep, Ram, Kia, Hyundai, BMW, and Mercedes Benz could give a similar “Error”, which only happens when the engine is running.
Why is this happening?: because the computer is reading a lower than halogen wattage consumption, then it decides to turn the light off.
Quickest fix: add an extra set of decoders.
Deeper, long-term fix: Tell the computer that now the car is using LED bulbs, this is accomplished by software, OBD2 connector, and some vehicles like RAM 2018+, Jeep Wrangler 2018+, and Gladiator 2018+ will need an extra OBD2 bypass cable for the software to write the code.
