Located on 601 S Magnolia Ave, in the beautiful city of Anaheim in California, we are serving our customers in all the American Continent, with free-shipping for the USA and only customs tax duties for our customers in Canada, we offer our LED Lights for cars with the excepcional 2 year warranty, you will be able to see the road ahead!…here is a little bit of how all started:
Our story begins when we started our factory back in 2013 in Guangzhou China. We specialized in manufacturing premium-quality OEM headlights. At that time, our customers were other well-known brands, and we strove to serve them with excellence; we had no idea how much our business path would evolve over time.
While our customers were excellent at what they did, one of their weak links lay in their customer service. Seeing the results of poor interaction first hand, we discovered a distinctive gap between current and optimal customer service.
From this realization, we saw an opportunity to fulfill a need: provide best-in-class customer service, thereby increasing the reputation and trustworthiness of the industry. A NEW JOURNEY
We quickly realized that we would need a dedicated team of knowledgeable professionals in order to carve ourselves into this new niche, along with a showroom and store to bring our new business model to life. This vision became reality when in 2016 we partnered with one of our best customers (and friends!) in a small auto shop in Anaheim, California. Most importantly, we also found our people – an awesome team to assist our new and under-served (until then) customer base. Excited for the future, we set about changing it.
We started small and grew organically through the years, seeing a steady and exciting growth that told us we were doing something right. We partnered with small businesses like ours, providing high-quality products and superior customer service to go along with them.
That was our mission from the beginning – to help and support our valued customers. It’s not about just selling a product. We aim to provide an experience. We understand the importance of building a relationship with customers, focused on quality and trust – both with our dealers and the end-users as well.
