The warranty covers the product itself.
In most cases, returning the product is not required. Instead, claims can be handled by providing:

  • A copy of your receipt
  • Photos and a short video showing the issue

Once received, our team will review and contact you to complete the process.

⚠️ All warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.


Our 2-year warranty applies to purchases made directly through x7sevenusa.com or our official USA Amazon store.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable in all cases.
  • For approved claims, customers are responsible for shipping costs.

For customers within the USA mainland, we offer:

  • After 30 days, unused items may qualify for store credit
  • 30 days for returns and a full refund (if unused)

  • Allow up to 3 business days for processing.
  • Approved claims will result in replacement with the same product.
  • If the item is discontinued, it will be replaced with an equivalent product of similar value and performance.

⏳ Warranties are valid from the original purchase date and do not reset with replacements.


The warranty does not cover:

  • Items purchased through third-party dealers/distributors (those claims must be handled directly with them).
  • Installation or removal costs, labor, diagnostic services, or other unrelated expenses.
  • Accidental damage during installation, mishandling, misuse, or intentional modification.
